Lutz stands ready to face any challenge in this illustration from page #11 of the Japanese Master System instruction manual of Phantasy Star. This page is the second of a two page character section, which introduces the entire party of heroes with short biographies. Odin is also featured on the same page.

I actually love these pieces of art. Even though they were made way back in the day you can't help but appreciate their quality.

I'm not sure who drew them originally, but I agree they did a great job of it. Even after all these years, the designs hold up fairly well. Some characters from this time look very dated today, but not these.
