Under the rule of Lassic, the people of Palma are oppressed and many homes are reduced to ruins. Some people, like this fellow, are forced to live in poverty. They drape themselves in heavy gray robes and walk the streets barefoot. Many even beg for Colas or money, hoping to quench their thirst for a little time.
