Phantasy Star Complete Collection: Gaiden Box Rear

As we've come to expect from game packaging, the rear cover of the box for Phantasy Star Gaiden provides more information than the front. Screen shots and some teaser text are provided, along with the usual technical details and legal notices. One item of note is the feature icons. They identify the game as a 1 player and roleplaying title. The front cover featured an additional icon advertising the ability to save games. This selling point was omitted from the rear, for some unknown reason.

I think this Alis (on the back cover) was the what inspired the in-game designer. Maybe this was the reason why he also made her hair purple.

Perhaps, by looking at Alys on this rear cover he thought this was her natural colour and not a stylized shadow. He even dressed her with the same "Minina's face", earnings and clothes (shoulders naked) that appears on this back cover.

A purpled-haired Alis also appears on the South Korean, cover for Phantasy Star 1 on the Master System too.
