Phantasy Star II: Librarian

Any advanced society needs a place to store and distribute information. In Phantasy Star II, that place is the library in the Central Tower of Paseo. This woman is the librarian that works with Rolf. She analyzes the information in the Biosystems lab recorder recovered by Rolf's team and presents the team with important information about the nature of the threat to Motavia. Rolf may have done all the leg work, but he only knew what needed to be done thanks to the hard work of the librarian.

It's probably a weird coincidence, her color scheme seems very similar to that of Kula Diamond's from King of Fighters.
