Ok so i've made it to Roron and I'm trying to get the jet scooter. From what I read on a FAQ that only shows changes in the game and it says that I need a item called Polymetryl to give to one of the Motavians at the bottom. Well I've backtracked everywhere, talked to everyone, talked to all the Motavians in both sides of Roron ten times each, consulted countless times and yet I still cannot figure out where this Polymetryl is and why I cannot get the jet scooter. Can anyone help me?
