Phantasy Star generation:1: His Eyes Closed

We have already looked at changes to Alis' character design. As Myau looks quite pleased during this portion of his first conversation with Alis, why don't we take a moment to discuss the Musk Cat's own redesign? The basics are the same; there's not much you can do to change a cat and still make it recognizable as a cat! The only major appearance alteration is the color of his coat. Fur that was once bright yellow, almost golden, is now a dusky brown. Do you prefer this coloration or the original?

Original. Myau looks a lot like a dog in this pic.

Hmmm, hard to say for me as I like myau in any way, shape, or form.

Myau is so happy here in this image. Makes me smile.

I agree with SS, I don't really know which design is better (Myau's just awesome like that ).
And my hunch was right. Myau's really does have a Tails-ish kind of look in this game, if you don't mind me saying.

I prefer the original, design and color BUT this one is good : even if I'm very disapointed that the fact pointed by Jessie : he looks so much like a dog... I was never very fan fan of this version of Myau but Myau will always be great !!:)

Lol snorb !! But yes Myau really seems to be a sort of a dog in PSG1 ...

Myau is one of the greatest characters in any video game ( my opinion and I'm sticking with it! ) He needs his own game/quest!

You just gave me an idea! I should learn how to use one of those programs that edits sprites in Sonic games, replace Sonic's (or Tails's?) sprites with Myau and call it: Myau the Musk Cat in Sonic 2 (since I like it better than Sonic 1)! It obviously wouldn't be a brand new game, but it's a start

Yes ! Never thought about it but GREAT idea Yagami ! Actaually I'm totally in Sonic games so...
