Phantasy Star generation:1: Alis Portrait: Grumpy

Grumpy is the best word I can think of for this facial expression. It seems like someone has gotten the better of Alis during a conversation. She isn't really angry about it, but definitely annoyed. Maybe all these random fetch quests are getting to her. Find the roadpass, find the passport, find the cat, find the stone guy, find the compass, find the key, find the shortcake... how many things does a girl have to find to slay an evil tyrant?

It's a longshot, but maybe she's bothered that PSG1 was only released in Japan

Alisa: Shut up. >_<
Lutz: What were you so upset about when they took this photo?
Alisa: I had to declare all my shortcake when I was leaving Palma. The security guys made me take my hair out of twintails and then they told me my brother's laconia pot was only worth 100 Meseta.
Myau: They were lying to you! I was born on Dezolis- that stuff's worth a lot!
Alisa: And that's not the worst part of it! Camineet Spaceport smelled and all the shops were expensive- six hundred Meseta for a bottle of soda? Really? And Nekishe wasn't there to help me or distract me-
Odin: Losing the story, Alisa.
Alisa: So once I finally got into the passport office, THE WORST THING HAPPENED. I looked to my right when I was at the counter filling out the forms... and the security guys were eating. My. SHORTCAKE.

Alisa: I was giving them such a glare as they ate that cake, mocking me with its buttery goodness and whipped cream delight that I'm never going to enjoy. >_<
Lutz: Well, at least you have us-
Alisa: I want my damn cake.

That's far better than anything I imagined.

Nice image of Alis. But, is it just me or do we seem to be overflowing with images of Alis lately? I mean, I like her as well as the next Ps character but only in small doses, if ya know what I mean.

It's just random luck of the draw. Aside from the first one, these portraits aren't on a set schedule. There are portraits of several characters in the rotation, waiting to come up when the site randomly picks one each week. It's just been favoring Alis for some reason.

Ah ok there is a rotation ? I didn't know ! But having a lot of Alisa's pictures deosn't bother me at all !:)

There is both a rotation and a schedule. Right now, Monday and Friday images are scheduled for the next few weeks and Wednesday is on a random rotation. Monday is slated for sprite sheets and Friday for cut scenes. But in a few weeks, they'll go back to the rotation unless I schedule something else.
