Rereading this again and enjoying all the "fun facts" mentioned above.

Can anyone else think of any other "fun facts" or interesting facts regarding Phantasy Star?

Interesting question ! But for the moment I can't think about anything, alas...:( But lastly I haven't played a lot video games, and it's indeed the same for PS games...

-There’s a graphic for Anna in PSII using a gun, but it’s never used in the game.

-There’s a graphic for Hahn in PSIV using two hands to cast a spell (like Gryz when casting War Cry), but it’s unused.

-Similarly, there’s a graphic for Kyra holding her slasher, like Alys when casting Moon Shadow.

-Pengu Feed strangely cures poison in PSIV, and gives a message for HP being restored.

Three other interesting things I’ve found are:

-The Esper Mansion is treated as a dungeon in PSII, as you can’t Ryuka in it, and can Hinas out of it.

-Using Hinas on the Noah in PSII will transport you outside of the Esper Mansion.

-The name of the town of Jut in PSIV is a reference to the Jutland peninsula, which accounts for a large amount of Denmark’s land.

The fact that EM was traeted like a dungeon is very funny as it's absolutely not one !

Some more facts I’ve gathered:

-Seth cannot be poisoned, paralysed, or have any of his stats lowered.

-The “Thread” ability used by Carrion Crawlers is the only status defect that works on Wren and Demi (and presumably Seth?).

-Distortion is not unique to the Profound Darkness. Dimension Worms and Outer Beasts can use it if their techniques are sealed.

-Despite never rejoining the party, Alys and Seth will continue to gain levels and EXP over time.

-Alys can equip later equipment that’s unavailable for her, like slashers and mails.

-There’s a second Xanafalgue and Igglanova, the Gicefalgue and the Guilgenova, but for some reason, there was never a second Zoran Bolt. It’s even stranger that were were no third recolours of the group.

-In PSII, Hugh is left-handed, as he comes equipped with a scalpel in his left hand, while others have their weapons in their right hand.

-In PSIII, there’s supposed to enemies in Dahlia’s dungeon in Nial’s path, but when you keet Ryan, a flag event occurs and disables them there. It was likely to disable the encounters in the Rebel Cave itself. In Dahlia Dungeon, you’d run into the Dragon, Kensai, and Skeleton, which ended up being cut in the final game.
