Phantasy Star: Eppi

This background is used for conversations in some Phantasy Star towns. Usually these are the outlying villages that been hit the hardest by the harsh policies of Lassic's tyrannical rule. The difference from the multi-colored, dome shaped houses of cities like Scion is quite striking. The clean, metallic look of the cities is discarded for a rustic, unkempt appearance. The town of Eppi is the first location a player will encounter a view such as this one.
