Phantasy Star: Fringes of Algo

Long after his adventure to locate the kidnapped Maia, Rhys has become a well respected king in the country he chose to rule. With the addition of a moustache and a rougher looking face, plus some hair loss, it appears the years have been rough on the young prince the player had known shortly before. No matter who he chose to marry, Rhys undoubtedly faced a few difficult years following the choice. With Maia he would have been scorned as an enemy of the people; with Lena, he faced ridicule on having searched so far abroad for an enemy.

Following in the footsteps pioneered by Phantasy Star II, Phantasy Star III: Generations of Doom gave each playable character an individual head shot portrait to make them more recognizable to players. This was especially vital for this game, which tended to use the same set of graphics for several characters with slight color changes. Unlike the similar pictures of Nei and friends, however, these portraits were used for speech in important story scenes and the standard character menu. The previous game restricted the portrait availability to Rolf's house, but this one allowed the players to see the characters at any time they were available for play.

Yes ! You're right, Newsblade ! But I know why : it's easy for the men yo add on a mustache...but for the women it's impossible !!!!
