Phantasy Star: Deluxe Edition: Scruffy Man

This non-player character is quite different from the clean cut, almost arrogant looking men found in Palma's most advanced cities. The rough looking man depicted here, and many color variations on his design, is more commonly found in the less developed villages, such as the one hidden in Eppi forest. He looks like a man who might be quite experienced as a hunter and forager.
