Phantasy Star II: Palman NPCs

On this sprite sheet, we have walking animation frames for many of the Palman citizen characters found in Phantasy Star II. They wander around cities, like Paseo, just waiting to provide information to Rolf and his companions. This is another side result of my old walking animations project. The actual animations these were used to create can be found in the Galleries here as well.
