After the fall of Neifirst, Motavia's climate system spirals out of control. Empty lakes and waterways are suddenly flooded. This worker at the Central Tower takes these events particularly badly. He runs around saying the planet is going to flood, attempting to start a panic.

He looks like he was inflicted with some kind of plague.
Everything has a pattern. Something set. Even random things. They aren't random at all, its complex mathematics. The trick is to find the pattern. Then you can exploit it.
People think things have a certain end. Taxes. Work. Due dates don't really exist. Trust me. When you put a band of world scholars in the same room, and set them on talking about anything, the most interesting topics come up. The existence of negative time. The probability of "random occurrence". The government's involvement in the media. And falsified due dates. They aren't real, trust me....

Poor guy, he looks really worried. I remember the background in this image as I think it was an image all by itself that we saw awhile back.

Poor guy... he really seems to be horrified ! More than worried IMO... but worried AND horrified !
Known as the "Ohmygosh" guy (if I'm not mistaken...) the poor fellow seems to be plagued too
