Dr. Ken Miller is a scientist living in the Palman city of Carsonville on planet Dezoris during the events of
Phantasy Star Adventure. The game's protagonist is an old friend of Miller's. Miller creates a spectacular invention and writes to his friend, an Agent in Paseo on Motavia, inviting the friend to come view the new device. Miller is abducted soon after his arrival, but later rescued by his friend. By the end of the adventure, two of Miller's more important inventions will play a role in the story.
