Back in the day, game manuals included instructions on how to care for your newly acquired cartridges. Manual designers, at least those in Japan, had some fun with this by including colorful illustrations indicating what owners should not do to the games.

This illustration from the Phantasy Star IV booklet shows us that Gryz has taken his cartridge apart, perhaps rather violently based on the graphic. I have the feeling he used his Brose technique on it. Demi holds up a little "X" sign, warning the reader not to use their own versions of Brose.

Actually, it depends on whether the enemy you use it on is immune to the Brose Factor, and Gryz has low mental, so it sorta depends on that.

Chaz's Brose works alot if you're leveled up enough.
