Phantasy Star: Fringes of Algo

While the entire game manual for the Japanese edition of Phantasy Star III is included in the gallery on the Phantasy Star Complete Collection disc, most of the artwork from it is also presented separately for a better view. From the character section, we have the basic design of Maia, the amnesiac love of Rhys. A short biography introduced the character to players, undoubtedly revealing how she came to be engaged to Rhys and the unfortunate outcome of their wedding day. Her age and height were also provided, while her weight was listed as a question mark. Maia's introduction shared a page with a similar glimpse at Lena, but Maia is afforded slightly more space on the page than her companion.

Oh, my dear Maia... Of course, she is prettier than Lena, so she gets a bigger share of space than her companion

According to Ozaki's book, her weight is 43kg, which is obviously, too low, as all Japanese characters (Lena weighs only 38kg!).

You know, that brings to mind something that was bugging me a while back. I wonder if this is her everyday style of dress or something special she was wearing for the wedding. What do you think?

@Thoul I guess it is her wedding gown. Once I saw the picture by Ozaki which shows Lyle transforming back from his dragon form to his human shape. He is holding Maia whom he just kidnapped. She is wearing the same type of dress like the one on this picture. I think her everyday dress still is rather similar to this one.
By the way, Maia is the most beautiful PS girl (at least in my opinion :valentine:

Ah ! the first reaction came, as I expected, from Tilinelson2 !

The greatest fan of maia here !
Thiss picture is great, we have a good view of all Maia in all her splendor : totemo kawaii desu ne ! True apprentice of Crys : in the introduction, she was wearing quasi the same dress !! Maybe she was ready to marry someone in Cille just before her "disappearance" ??
