Phantasy Star: Blue Dungeon

One of the most remarkable features of Phantasy Star is the first person dungeon exploration. Created in a time when the contemporary games were using exclusively top down views, like those Phantasy Star itself employs outside of dungeons, this is among the qualities set the game apart from others and ensured Phantasy Star a place in gaming history. In order to fit more content on the small memory resources of the Master System cartridge, the developers designed a graphic system that allowed them reuse one common set of designs for every dungeon. The various dungeons throughout the game all referenced those patterns, changing the colors for variety. This particular dungeon used a dark blue basis.

I like this one better than the previous shown PS Dezorian Dungeon. It's more colorful and just seems more dungeony, lol.
