Wow, I was just putting random names of strong characters, I almost typed Sari and Alys....Thats not right. Sari annnnndddd.....lol GRYZ! XDDDD Just PS4 though, Gryz and Alys? Maybe Rika.
Everything has a pattern. Something set. Even random things. They aren't random at all, its complex mathematics. The trick is to find the pattern. Then you can exploit it.
People think things have a certain end. Taxes. Work. Due dates don't really exist. Trust me. When you put a band of world scholars in the same room, and set them on talking about anything, the most interesting topics come up. The existence of negative time. The probability of "random occurrence". The government's involvement in the media. And falsified due dates. They aren't real, trust me....

But even if Sari was adopted by Lena in the Rhys/Maia pairing then wouldn't she still exist in the Rhys/Lena timeline as well, but would live a normal life as a normal girl instead of a fighter?

Maybe Sari did exist in the Rhys/Lena timeline- the game never speculates as to whether or not Ayn or Nial have any siblings. (Probably not, but that's what the Fanfiction section is for

Rika and Chaz - because they're canon!
But... I also like the thought of Rika and Rune (total crack pairing, I guess - but I wrote a fanfic about it, lol)
I do think Rune and Alys had something... but it didn't seem to be something that was still going on when Alys encountered Rune in the game. Maybe Rune is her ex?
