Phantasy Star: Fringes of Algo

At first glance, you might think this fellow is a human with a really cheap bottle tan. He is actually a Dezorian, or what passes for one in Phantasy Star Adventure. Some Dezorians appear to be quite accepting of the Palman settlers in this era, which is contrary to their portrayals in Phantasy Star and Phantasy Star II. This one has even joined the Carsonville branch of Palman law enforcement. He serves as a sort of guard or receptionist in the law enforcement offices. He does not seem to actually do anything be stare straight ahead, however. Anyone can just walk right by to the stairs without being challenged.

A Dezorian???

I thought Dezorian's were mostly green, except for the orange one we saw an image of the other day in this thread. Apparently not, I guess.
