Phantasy Star: Fringes of Algo

Who do you think is the best character in Phantasy Star 4?

I really like Raja. Firstly, it is a cool to have an actual Dezorian in your party. These dudes fascinated me for some unexplained reason. Secondly, he is adorable in his wierdness and as far as I remember he is a rather unique character. Characters like Chaz, Rika, Rune and obviously Wren follow the paths of traditional Phantasy Star archetypes. They more or less resemble characters from previous games (for example Rika resembles Mieu, Myau and Nei, Rune of course Lutz and also Lyle, Wren has his roots in PS-III-Wren but also Rudo and Chaz shares some traits with Rhys and Rolf). Although Raja doesn't have much - if any - character development, he at least is a very fresh guy. Finally, I like him from a gameplay perspective since he is a fulltime healer and because he is the first character who is able to restore TP.

Hard to tell ! They are all great ! So no choice for me !

Zio. A pity his backstory wasnt elaborated on. esp in his images, he has a gnarled corrupted arm, of assumedly the black energy wave.

could def have benefitted from further exposition.

True that Zio isa great character ! True that he is truly evil but he is so classy ! (I love characters drapped in black coats/clothes !).
