Thanks Bragatyr!

She came home today and will have to take it very easy for several days and still take some additional medicine. And, she's wearing one of those Elizabethian collars, I think they call them, and she is hating that!!!! Hopefully, she will feel better in the next few days.

Just an update on my kitty for those who might be interested.

She became very sick over the weekend and we had to take her back to the vet. They were giving her some new antibiotics but they weren't doing much good. The vet called this morning and said surgery might be necessary again to find out exactly what was going on. I was getting ready to leave the house to go see my kitty before the next surgery but before I could leave, the vet called back and said she had had a seizure and had passed away.

She was my baby and my best friend.

My heart is broken.

I miss her so.

My deepest sympathies go out to you, SS. I know this is a difficult time for you and I wish I had the words to ease some of that pain. I hope you find comfort in the days ahead.

I'm very sorry to hear that SS. I wish you all the best as well. I to unfortunately know the pain of losing loved pets. Please take it easy.

Thanks everyone. I really appreciate your kind words. I'm just trying to get through one day at a time right now. It's hard.

Sorry to hear that, SS1. It is never easy to lose the ones we love. Pets should be immortal because they give us inconditional love.
