Humans seem to be living longer these days, and now it seems our pets are living longer too.

How old are your pets?

My ginger cat is still relatively young,in appearance at least. She's about...9 or 10? Which would translate into about 70 odd human years :D .To find out how old your cat is in human years, just multiply their age by 7.For a dog, multiply their age by 9.

My frogs have a range of ages. 2 of them are about 2 1/2 years old, 1 is older than that, maybe 3, and the other 2 are maybe 1 1/2. They live on average 3-5 years I think...and I think the oldest may be nearing the end of her life, as she's losing her spunk and getting awfully picky with her food.

Our oldest cat turned 10 this summer. I guess, like people, some pets are getting better food and medical care that prolongs their lives as well.
