Ever been to a restaurant where they tell you to " pay what you want " for the meal you just ate?

That seems like a very risky way of doing business, but one cafe is doing exactly that.

Maybe I'm just cynical, but I don't think this place will make it. It's a noble idea, but I just don't think people will donate enough to keep the place solvent.
