Some people in Mexico City got together to make the World's largest enchilada for the Guiness Book Of World Records....230 foot long and nearly one and a half tons! Whew!!!!!!!!

That is a lot of food. It seems like Mexico in general is trying to get a lot of world records lately. Maybe they're building up their tourist attractions?
