Walmart may be raising prices on some of their food items, and other store items as well:

Has anyone noticed any price increases at the Walmart store nearest you?

I really haven't noticed as yet, but will be looking at the prices when I go shopping this week that's for certain!

I do know that they seem to have a very hard time in keeping my favorite type of Walmart brand frozen pizza in stock for the past few weeks and this week when I asked about it at the store, the clerk said they had "deleted" that item. :blank:

It kinda defeats the purpose of Wal-Marts catch phrase always low prices huh.

I have noticed a few things going up in cost. Mostly it's been stuff that was reduced at the start of summer. Now that the big vacation months are over, most of it is going back up to pre-summer prices.
