A cute kitten stowed away in the hood of a car for an incredible 180 mile trip:

Wow, thank goodness the kitty is alright...that's a very dangerous thing to do!!

Too bad the kitty got handed over to an animal shelter though. I just hope it finds a good home and the shelter is not a kill shelter or anything like that.

It is very impressive that she survived that ordeal. I've heard of cats getting into engines before, but it rarely ends this well. Hopefully someone in the local area will hear this story and go out and adopt this kitten, so she won't be the shelter for very long.

I've missed this "sad story" whith a good happy end and that's amazing ! WXhat a trip and what a lucky kitten ! Hope he will find a good family after all those emotions
