Argh, got stung by a hornet today on my left arm...and I'm mildly allergic. Can't feel a thing from my elbow down! :x

Caged Wolf, hope you feel better soon. Have you seen a doctor?

Sorry to hear that CW hope your wound has gone down. I’m also a victim of Hornet stings.

Thanks for all the well-wishes everyone, but...I have a red and white welt that's about 2 square inches on my arm, itches constantly, and I still feel numb. >_<

@Caged Wolf. Ohhhh... Not nice. Have you tried a topical corticosteroid?

@CW and RW. I realise this is like teaching grandma to suck eggs... but if you've had any kind of generalised reaction, however mild, hope you've considered Epipen
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience. - C. @Srijita: I've been using a different anti-itch cream that reduces it to a tolerable level. I've considered Epipen, as it'd also probably help my perfume problem as well. But I have some issues...mostly financial and dealing with insurance bureaucracy.
