PSI advert at the end of a Thunder Blade commercial from '88

Discovered this a few minutes ago and is wondering if anyone else has seen it. It's a commercial for Thunder Blade with a small advert for Phantasy Star at the end.
Mr. Kite, FOA's resident Alys Brangwin fanboy. Thank you Lyla2284 for making this pic that I used to make this sig.

I've never heard of this one before. I wonder if they ever followed it up with a commercial more heavily featuring Phantasy Star.
