Eh. Nintendo needs to try harder. I still have zero interest in the Wii U. It needs games. Simple as that.

My BF and his brother were messing with theirs a lot last night. The only thing is they were playing more with the social aspect than with any of the games. But they had mentioned they had not been able to get the online part up and running at home and my BF got a 3DS yesterday, so they were trying to set up Club Nintendo stuff as a joint account. All I got to see was a little bit of Scribblenauts. The social aspect seemed fun, but…I get a console to game.

If they get out the new Smash Bros. this year, maybe sales will tick up.
Next Pokemon game(s): Pearl
Last finished Pokémon game: Shield
Other games: Skyrim Special Edition (Switch), Spyro Reignited Trilogy (Switch & PS4), Okami (Switch & PS4)
Other gaming goals: completing a Living Pokedex (minus some event Pokes) and going through at least 1 game per generation

I rarely use the social aspect of consoles, or Steam. I have 1 PSN friend, 2 Xbox Live friends, and 0 Steam friends. The only reason I even have the PSN/Xbox Live friends is because they are people I work with, and they are never online anyway.

I do have some friends on my WOW friends list, but again, they are people I work with.

For the most part, I use the social gaming things, and also last.fm and goodreads, basically just for data tracking because I'm a nerd like that, lol (well, last.fm also gives me music and concert recommendations). The only PSN friend I play online with is my boyfriend. Otherwise, I don't use the social networking stuff like that, except Facebook.

WOLF BIRD : Your Boyfriend have bought a 3DS ? Great choice ! For me this console is as yhe DS : a marvelous machine with (now !! at the beginning, like the WII U...^^) plenty of great games to play and enjoy :)

Me too, I don't use social gaming things at all ! I'm playing lonely :) (but not too often !)

Still too expensive to be interesting ! Even now... and more important than that : still not enough great games and that is a BIG problem... :(

Well, if it comes bundled with Mario Kart 8, that might get some sales going. I'm still uninterested though, and really, I'm sick of Nintendo recycling the exact same stuff.
