In fact, affter the "magnificient" success of the Wii U (ironic Inside !;) ) I'm happy for them ! Maybe one day I'll buy one but I wait for many games to come on it before ! :)

Yeah, it would be nice to have more games available for the Switch than what they have now. Although, the Zelda game is very tempting just by itself. :)

I want to get a Switch for Zelda, but I'm holding off for a bit and hoping there are other titles that make the console a good choice. So far, I haven't seen any other titles for it that really stand out and aren't multi-platform.

The Zelda game looks good, but the last one I played (Skyward Sword) was a bit disappointing. It was fun for the most part, but got repetitive after a point. Not something I like from one of my favorite series. This one, from what I've seen, seems to be avoiding that mostly. I'm a little skittish on it, though.

I was very disppointed that there was going to have a new Fire Emblem : I love this serie but.. not a tactical ? But a "Dynasty Warriors like" ??! What an horror ! I don't like at all these sort of games like hack and Slash ! :(

I'd also hold off for a bit because of some hardware niggles, ranging from controller syncing issues to the dock scratching up the screen on the handheld portion. Also, Nintendo seems to be struggling to actually stock enough to fulfill demand.

Ah, I haven't heard about all those technical problems (as often with new hardwares, in fact :!) Dog scratching would be the worst for me as I'm sure that with the switch it's going to be only handheld sessions !

I'm not surprised to hear that Nintendo has problems meeting demand for the Switch. They usually have that trouble when releasing a new console. One would think they might have learned to improve in that area by now, but I suppose they can only manufacture the things so fast.

The thing is no other electronics manufacturer has this problem to this degree. They meet demand fast. The first wave sells out fast (look at new Apple products) but it takes no time for there to be new stock. Sony and Microsoft have been able to perfectly stock the newest models of the PS4 and XBox One. There's a very good Jimquisition video about Nintendo's distribution practices, and it's pretty eye opening when you think about it. No direct link because it's Jimquisition, though. They did this with the NES Classic as well - and that thing is STILL grossly understocked as well.

In fact it's true : all the constructors have similar problemes during EACH new console "launching" ! I'm sure that in electronics, it could be some sort of rule : you need to improve technically :)
