I tried the bluetooth audio. Unfortunately, it's got noticeable latency. It's better than any bluetooth adapter I've tried, but the latency is still there.
Not likely. Bluetooth audio tech has inherent latency, and when it comes to games that can lead to a slight but noticeable desyncing between sound and on-screen action. When listening to something that's just audio (music, audiobook, podcast) or watching something like a video or movie, you don't notice it. But since games have that extra bit of input-process-ouput, the desyncing becomes noticeable even if it's off by a half-second or less. It's present on every platform I've tried bluetooth audio on for gaming. It's why there's specialized headsets for wireless audio with USB adaptors - they use a different signal transmission tech that doesn't have that latency.
