Saw this pic online of Arnold and Sly both getting ready to have surgeries...:

Even though some actors have stunt people to do the work for them, still there are some things that actors must do for themselves. I guess sometimes all that can be painful too.

And, even though these two guys may be showing their age a bit, they are still two of the most exciting, charismatic actors around these days, imho.

Yeah, acting in an action movie can be a painful experience. It's always fun to watch a movie and be able to point out where a stunt double was obviously used. A lot of the more dangerous stuff is handled that way, but there are some scenes where that just won't work. I know Stallone has done a lot of his own stunts over the years. I'm not sure about Arnold, but I imagine it's the same.
