What does everyone think about this, and the effect it may have upon the video game industry, etc.?

I can see a lot of potential applications from watching the demo video. If it were to be adopted by one of the major gaming platforms, this technology could put the existing motion controls to shame. I doubt Nintendo will embrace it, but I could potentially see Sony or Microsoft trying to use this in their next console. If the system is affordable enough, it might even be worth integrating into TV sets in the future.
