Nei seems to be one of the few characters that made it to the English games without a name change. In this title screen for her Text Adventure, she seems to be floating underwater she seems quite calm, does she not? I wonder if this is meant to be one of her memories or foreshadowing of something.

hey I agree It looks like the artists who made that game pic wanted it to represent some kind of deep thought or something. Like you said possibly foreshadowing her memories
