Today, Wednesday, April 23 is "National Zucchini Bread Day?

Sounds yummy!

I've never eaten any Zucchini Bread - has anyone else, and if so, is it any good?

I don't think I've ever eaten any Zucchini either. I've seen it, but never got around to trying it.

So, any fans of Zucchini here? How about non-fans? :wink:
