Awwww! He's so cute!

About the training, have you tried using a crate? Put him in the crate for a while for a nap, and later take him outside, and tell him to go potty. When he does, use excessive praise. Crate training is a good way to potty train a dog. Just don't put him in the crate for very long!

Yeah. That's what me and the fiance have been doing. It's slowly getting to him lol
