What's your favorite comedy?

This past year has seen a lot of comedy movie releases. Some were live action, some were animated, others were CGI. And of course there have been plenty long before this year. What's your all time favorite comedy film?

I honestly can't remember many comedies that I've watched, so I'll pick the only one I can remember at this late hour- the Garfield movie from a couple of years ago.

I've always liked Pirates, especially 2, but I'm excited to see 3 again.

That's an interesting question, but hard to answer. I like comedys, but off hand I can't remember very many favorites. Comedys just don't seem to be as memorable as a drama or action type movie for some reason.

The answer above regarding the "Pirates" movies with Johnny Depp was a good one, and I like those a lot.

Since it is nearly Christmas, I watched a very funny Christmas movie the other day. It was "Jingle All The Way" with Arnold Schwarzenegger (now CA Gov.), and the comedian Sinbad and the late actor Phil Hartman. That movie had it all - fun, laughs, comedy, action, heroes(Turboman & friends), all mixed in with the Christmas holiday spirit. An unbeatable combination.

I also like the "Home Alone" movies. I saw #4, I think it was the other day and it wasn't quite bad.

Pirates is good for me, too. I'd like to say a Robin Williams movie because he is one of my favorite comedians, but I can't recall any of his good comedies of the top of my head. Just his actions movies and RV, which was a comedy but not a good one.

Basketball. Staring the creators of South Park Trey Parker and Matt Stone. It's pretty stupid humor, but I found it funny. I like few movies, but this is one I can watch over and over.
