Miley Cyrus (aka "Hannah Montanna" & Billy Ray's daughter) tells she has a real heart condition in her book:

I find it hard to believe she's written a book on her life (autobiography) and she's not even 20 years old yet. What about the rest of her life? Most people write autobiographys in their later years not their early years. Oh well....I hope she does well with her heart condition. She seems like a nice person.

I too wish her well on her condition. Even though it is funny that she's writing an autobiography without much experience, although she's probably experienced close to what I have within such a short period of time being a tv star and musician.

I'm not a big fan of her. But I still pay her my respects. Nobody should suffer especially people with good will.

If her career keeps going like it has, should could probably do a series of autobiographies, having a new one every ten years or so. I imagine there was probably a ghost writer working on this, any way.
