Mercury in Fish

Postby Silver_Surfer1 » Thu Aug 20, '09, 8:50 pm

I saw a study this morning that said that just about all fish was found with a trace or amount of Mercury in it. I'm not sure why or how it got there. It may be from other things found in the water, possibly from things that have been dumped in the waters, etc. Who knows.

Does this change your mind about eating fish...any fish...or fish products? Or do you still plan to eat fish?

I love certain types of fish, and will probably keep eating it. It seems there are all kinds of studies done all the time on one thing or another and everyone is always telling us that everything from every kind of food all the way down to the water we drink is just bad for us in some way. I'm sure a lot of that is true, but If we believed all we hear like that, we would probably never eat or drink anything.

Comments or Opinions???
