Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) is adding a new marketing promotion to their list of items which will attract younger folks and also hopefully provide a healthier menu choice:

Seems like a good idea, but my goodness, I think that is very expensive ($3.99) for just a piece of chicken, some green beans, applesauce and a drink!! I would be amazed if any kid wanted green beans to begin with, lol, so good thing they added a choice of mashed potatoes instead.
It seems to me that this is KFC's version of a Happy Meal for kids. Many other places have adopted similar promotions. It will be interesting to see how this one does.
