Making Gryz's costume

In New Zealand on the 8/9th of May were having a anime convention. I want to go as a PS char and the only char I could go as is Gryz because of my size, I cant go as Odin/Wren/Rudo, im not that tall or have muscly arms.

I really dont if not alot of people know who Gryz is but it would be awesome to go as him, I will make sure to make photo's and post them here.

Head: 100%
Ears: 100%
Mouth: 100%
Eyes: 0% took them out as I cant see
Clothes: 100%
Cape: 100%
Belt: 100%
Boots: 0% dont feel like ruining my boots
Gloves: 100%
Bracers: 100%
*: 100%

Ive accepted the fact that I wont look like Gryz, but a motavian in a multi green colour Gryz suit, its made out of 4 different greens.

Here a close picture of Dorin and Gryz beind. If you're not able to do exactly like Gryz, just do like Dorin (for the grey thing he have there).

Thanks for the pic's guys, it's given me a better idea on his costume. His boots might be hard to do but after uni i'll go check the op shops and costume shops. I can probably pick up some hard card or flexible plastic card for his *, shoe plating and for his ears. For his mask im looking for some kind of blue teddy bear fur, I could find a shop that has material for making teddy/plush toys. I can probably use hard card or something for his beak aswell, im just not sure how id do his red eyes and still be able to see out of them.

I'll get all the material and a blueprint and give it to my mum or sister as I cant sew to save my life.

when youre costume will be done, I want a photo of it ^^

Edit: I went out for a hunt and found a few little treasures.

Skin: I found a soft toy fur the exact same colour as Gryz's skin, only $20 NZD per meter and I only need about 1/2 meter with a 10% student discount.

Ears: ??
Mouth: ??
Eyes: ??

Clothes: ??

Cape: Thought about using a green curtain for a cape as its heavier than the other fabric but will probably have to go with the clothes fabric as nothing is available. Unless anyone knows something better.

Boots: ??

Gloves: Picked up some cheap black gloves.

Bracers, Boots caps and *: ??

If anyone has any idea's for the blank spots on my list, anything will be appreciated.
