If you already have a PS, then yes. If you are looking to pick up the Sega CD versions, which I find to be much better, you can run them through an emulator. Some Genesis emulators will allow you to load a Sega CD BIOS in order to play Sega CD games. You will need the original disk though, or an ISO. It's a great option for those ailing Sega CDs which just love to break.
