I would say Beowulf because its the first 3D movie, I've seen of such good quality. Of course, I have seen other 3D movies but they didn't look nearly as good.

However.... My favorite so far is 'American Gangster'.. however, out of that list I have not seen 'I Am Legend' which I hear is great.

I love Pirates 3, though I thought 2 was better.
Everything has a pattern. Something set. Even random things. They aren't random at all, its complex mathematics. The trick is to find the pattern. Then you can exploit it.

People think things have a certain end. Taxes. Work. Due dates don't really exist. Trust me. When you put a band of world scholars in the same room, and set them on talking about anything, the most interesting topics come up. The existence of negative time. The probability of "random occurrence". The government's involvement in the media. And falsified due dates. They aren't real, trust me....

I've only seen three movies out of the list so far. Among those I picked Transformers. Spider-Man and Pirates were both good, but not as good as previous installments. They were disappointing in a way. Transformers was too on some fronts, but at least it was based more on it's own merits than the movies that came before.

Spider-Man. There are a lot of good movies, and maybe a better one that I didn't see, but I enjoyed Spider-Man the most, out of those I did get to watch this year.

LOL, what a crappy year for movies. I'm glad I don't bother watching them.

I voted for Transformers also. I haven't seen some of the movies yet, so can't really comment or vote for them. I thought Transformers was very, very good and I really did not expect that of it. I was really anticipating the new Die-Hard movie, but didn't get the thrill I was hoping for from watching it - bummer!

The newest National Treasure movie just came out, but I haven't seen it yet. I'll bet it is very good, and also "I Am Legend" is on my to see list.

National Treasure was good; I went to see that this last weekend. I'd say it was one of the better movies of the year.
