Shining Force 1 & 2

For those of you who loved Phantasy Star 1 - 4, Shining Force is the game for you! They were made on the Sega Genesis and retail from $40.00 - $80.00. Like PSclassics, you can find people to add to your party but unlike PS, Shining Force is a turn based strategy game. You can have up to 16 characters in your party and each character can be promoted to a special character class [Example: Fighters > Gladiators , Mage > Wizard OR Scorcerer, etc.]. If you havent already played it, I highly reccomend that you do so.

Yep, classic Shining Force is great. It's a pity they changed the series away from the strategy style. We talked about it some in an older topic around here somewhere too. Great stuff, Shining is!

This is one of those games that I enjoy the most on the Genesis. I look forward to trying on the PS2 some day, though. It was such a great series with a great range of characters.
