Wacky Weddings

Ever heard of any wacky weddings where the bride and groom had a ceremony that was a bit unusual or not the norm?

Here is a link with some stories of a few wacky weddings. I really dig the one where the bride and groom dressed up as Batman & Wonder Woman and the wedding party also dressed up as superheroes, etc. Sounds like fun and something extra special to help remember a very special day.

I thought the superhero wedding would be hard to top, as far as wacky goes, but that list just kept getting more weird right up until the end. :lol: Every time I thought one had reached the limit of wackiness, another came along and took it up another notch.

Some time ago, a man in Dresden wanted to marry his pet cat as he feared for her to pass away soon. Can that be considered as "unusual"?

I think unusual is a bit too mild of word for that one. :o In most places, I think it would actually be illegal, too.
