Source is from pso-world.com. So I'm going to quote directly the news

Quote:Japanese news site Shougai PSO has just posted information regarding two brand new Phantasy Star-related trademarks! These two trademarks, Phantasy Star: Eternal Hunters and Phantasy Star: Eternal Planets, were filed by SEGA of Japan on August 17, 2010. Both are listed as class 9 trademarks (electrical and scientific apparatuses), so they could be potential names for new games, audio CDs or other media. No other information is known about these titles at the moment, but stay tuned, as we'll post the latest news about them as it surfaces! In the meantime, join in the ongoing discussion of this topic at the forum.

Only Phantasy Star, with a subtitle next to them. No Online, Universe, Portable or Zero. Can we dream about the classic saga a little ???? Well surely not. With crappy subtitle like "Eternal Hunters" and "Eternal Planets", it smells online iterations, or even worse...pokémon type of gaming with 2 versions of the same game (nah this one I was kidding...but who knows with Segac)

Maybe a pair of new titles for the 3DS?

It could be that they haven't decided which one they want to use yet. It's not uncommon for companies to register names they never use. Nintendo has a habit of registering multiple Zelda titles before they choose one - "Zelda Gaiden" is one example.

I kinda like "Eternal Hunters" but I'm not so hot on "Eternal Planets".

Eternal Hunters doesn't sound too bad, but Eternal Planets? No.
