This is sad to read about happening to anyone but especially someone so gifted and knowledgeable about and with animals.

This post is to honor him for all he has done for all animals everywhere and for all he has helped people everywhere to learn more about all various kinds of animals and animal life. He is truly a unique and special person. I hope he knows/knew just how much he is loved.

I remember seeing some of his shows on "The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson", etc. Fascinating and always informative.
