Then again, wasn't Rune referred to as the wizard, and his profile no less? And then also in the in-game text he is referred to as the wizard as well. Or is my memory failing me?
So Rune is a Wizard, and Laya is a witch, then I suppose it does lead some Creedence to them being Espers respectively.
And then there is Zio, the black magician, apparently within the ex-genesis (apocryphal) materials, he is a washed out Esper.
