Sega is broadcasting some of their Tokyo Game Show events online using UStream. A full schedule of the events is here:

The Phantasy Star sections are scheduled for Friday 9/17 from 12:30 to 13:00, Saturday 9/18 from 12:10 to 12:40, and Sunday 9/19 from 11：20 to 11：50. I'm not sure what time zone that's in, but I imagine it's Japan time.

I'm afraid I missed it as well. Those weekend days are so busy with offline commitments that I completely forgot about the event times.
