It's a bit hard to guess what sort of feel you wanted to get just by looking at a midi file but here's what your piece sounds like if I follow the names of the tracks you put on Youtube, using one Cello, one Viola, one Violin and one Violon/Viola duo.

The beginning sounds a bit wonky but the second half is lots of fun to listen to!!

Just tell me if you'd do things differently.

I don't know anything about indie game development, but I've listened to the music a few times and I think it's pretty neat. Definitely some interesting ideas in there and I like the compelling, persistent but deceptive rhythm and the ornamentation of the main motif. It does sound a bit too classical in form to fit most video games, especially modern stuff, I would imagine, but I would really like to hear you compose music specifically for a game.

What would you say your influences are, by the way?
